What would you do if you were in love someone?

but you were positive that this person only saw you as a friend. Would you let them know your feelings. If you did tell them how you feel, do you think that would make things awkward and thus ruin the friendship?

That's a double-edged sword.. on one hand, if you don't tell the person, then they'll never know and you might be missing out on a r-ship with them... but if you tell them, they might not feel the same way and then feel awkward.. I guess you just have to weigh it and see which one you can live with. Maybe you can drop some strong hints that you like the person and see what happens. Or you could try to talk to the person about it, b/c life is short and you'll always be asking "what if?"

i was best friends with a guy, and he told me he liked me. but that he knew i didnt like him like that, so he would leave it at that...

well every once in a while he would remind me, or make jokes about it...and it never got awkward.

but the thing that he did was...he was THERE..he was at my side when my boyfriend was breaking my heart, and he would just remind me of what i deserved....

and not even joking...just randomly one day i wanted to hold his hand sooo bad. 2 weeks later we were dating. and i still LOVE him.

no! it will make the bond that much stronger . Expressing your true feelings with a friend is true love just as much as having them be excepted by them!

depends on what the other person is..if he/she is of cool type and even knwing ur tru feelings willnot leave u, thn its fine to open up..but till thn its betta to folo the rule-watch ur step and move ahead..Good Luck

one of my guy friends sprung that on me....it was awkward at first but once i sat him down and told him i didnt like him like that and he miss read all my signals...we were cool again and were still like best friends ;P
