I want to get a tattoo and I saw a girl on Ink'd that had a huge cherry blossom tree tattoo going from her shoulder to her hip. I've looked for the same picture online and can't find it, so does anyone have a tattoo like that and could I have a picture of it to take with me when I go get it done? And while I'm here, does anyone have any other ideas of tattoos I might like? I like japanese art, but I don't want to get a person(samurai, geisha, etc).

As far as the Japanese style, there are lots of options that don't have people in them. Even a piece with nothing but flowers in it would look good. But a word of warning with the Japanese style - don't just go to any artist to get it done. The style requires a lot of specialized techniques, so you want to make sure you go to an artist that already has lots of experience with that style. Are you thinking Miami Ink? Because although that girl thought she was getting a cherry blossom she was really getting a hibiscus I believe.

you should just find a picture of a cherry blossom tree and take a picture of an actual object for the artist to base their tattoo off of. taking a picture of a tattoo is kindof ripping off the other person's tattoo which is kind of crappy. here's a search with tons of pictures and i'm sure if you look thru them you could find something that would work.
