I was December wedding, a while ago someone posted a list of the months in order of popularity, December wasnt all that high though. I know January and February are the bottom two though.
I found this list for popularity for weddings
1) June - Traditionally the most popular month for marriage.
2) September
3) August
4) May
5) October
6) July
7) April
8) November
9) December
10) March
11) February
12) January - Dead last.

I was a June bride too. I think that because June is summertime in the Northern Hemisphere and December is summer in the Southern Hemisphere those months are popular. Mind you, I'm in the Southern Hemisphere and I still got married in June. Have you seen the movie "Seven Brides for Seven Borthers" (It's an old musical)? There's a song that goes "They say if you marry in June, you're a bride all your life". Sounded good to me :)

I would agree on June. I was a December bride. I don't think December is as popular...cause I couldn't find a dress I liked or half of the stuff I needed. It was kinda of a really fast wedding. I always thought May, June, and September were really popular.

I think its a matter of where you live!! I am getting married in Aug when its still kinda summer. If you live farther up north you pry dont want to be having a wedding in december when everyone will be freezing cold. but thats just my thought!! I can see june being popular but i know quite a few using Aug like me!!

I think it depends on where you live too. I live in Las Vegas and it's 120 out in June. It's just completely miserable.
