Dear What does it mean?
If I "were" you I would not look into what is going on with a magnifying glass. Because there is nothing going on. I was never one to assume anything or speculate? That is were people get their feelings hurt by assuming. IF you like this women.... be up front. State your interest..... what is the worst thing that can happen?? Her either telling you that she is not interested OR her telling you that she is.... And that is your goal to make "REAL" contact. Not the unknown of wonders.
Then you may want to look at your sexual preference... you said that you are a lesbian. Do you know if she is a lesbian too? You will only know these answers if you only "ask".
On another note.... the old saying still holds true today. "DO NOT GET YOUR MEAT WHERE YOU MAKE YOUR BREAD" In other words.... don't mix your pleasure were you make your money. (SMILE)
Hoping you make some progress, closure or clear understanding.
Good luck.

It is difficult to say since I didn't see "the look". Chances are she was just running an errand to the other side of the building and just happened by your door. She may be picking up on some signal that you are sending consciously or unconsciously that you find her interesting. If she is interested in you for a relationship, she will make a point to talk to you. Otherwise, I wouldn't do ANYTHING to intiate contact for obvious reasons. You also have to face the fact that she may have "heard" (you know how ppl gossip and how narrow minded ppl can be when it comes to sexual orientation) that you were a lesbian and she thought she'd come by and "see what a lesbian really looks like" LOL

In a work environment it is hard. Befriend her, be all spy like, lol. Find out her interests, see if she is straight, bi, or lesbian. That's really all you can do when you are dealing with someone from work.

I am not a lesbian so I would have no idea. Perhaps she was lost and trying to make up her mind about whether or not to ask directions?

Women are confusing like that. That's why I stick to men.
Is she a lesbian too? Maybe you should find out

Girl, ask her out or something. You make the move. I hope that you know for sure that she's a lesbian too.

It does mean that she wants to tell you something but it's too soon to tell if she wants to be with you.
