I would like to change the time, program the speed dials, lengthen the number of rings before it goes to vm, and change user names for the various extensions (on the digital screen). There was a post here regarding time changing, and i tried the instructions but it didn't work on my phone, so i guess the models are different. Thanks!

You need to post the model and version of the phone system, not the phone. It could be a Merlin Magix or any of 10 Avaya/Merlin/AT&T systems. Rings before going to voice mail is in the VM module, so you need to know the VM Messaging system and version also.
