It would be prudent for you to talk to a psychiatrist. You may be developing a manic depressive disorder. There is no need to be scared. If you are, there are many medications out there can treat the condition.
Mood swings like that are symptomatic of a manic depressive condition. Please see a doctor as soon as possible.
Are there things going on in your life that are causing you to feel really stressed out? Is there a history of mental illness in your family? If so, see your doctor.

Have you been stressed out lately? Stress can have a huge affect on your mental health as well as your phyiscal. If it is something that has been going on for a while, you might want to make an appt with your doctor and discuss the options. I suffer from the same thing, and I was told by my doctor that I have a Bi-Polor disorder with BPD. It is important that you put yourself first, and take care of these feelings. Do not brush it off.

Are you stressed? Some times it could be the stress from your daily life. I am 21 and I had a break down yesterday. Just take it easy one day at a time. Pray! and live life. If you can seek help, only if it is really serious. And always remember there are others with situation far most worst than yours, so be thankful.

Make an appointment with your doctor and see if he or she will either prescribe the appropriate medication or recommend a psychiatrist. If you don't have or can't afford a doctor, look in the phone book under mental health. And relax. With the right help, you'll be fine.
Good luck.

Imbalance of Hormones in your body can be treated by medication. See a Psych. My relative has cronic problems and his mind is maintained better by medication otherwise he would loose his mind.
Another thing is if you are stressed, get out and exercise, listen to relaxing music, maintain your living space with lots of light, people get more depressed in the winter because of all of these factors.
We are all here for ya man, take care and see someone for us...

Stress affects depression as well, try alternating your pastimes, i.e. 1 hour reading, 1 hour typing, 1 hour shopping etc.Don't become over engrossed in one thing for to long.
