Wine, Margaritas have too much sugar, especially if you are dieting, it's not a good thing to choose. You can benefit from wine too because it in moderation it's good for your heart. :)

Neither. Alcohol is a lot of empty calories.

That said, wine is better. You can drink more of it for fewer calories because a serving of wine is bigger than a serving of liquor. Wine also has antioxidants, so at least you're getting something good out of it :)

I would go with a frozen margarita. It would take much longer to drink - and enjoy. Plus you could up the proportion of ice.

Neither alcohol is a major contributor to weight gain, a glass of wine would be the better of the two it would be like eating a bunch of grapes. Good luck

neither ever but margaritta are o.k if you use crystal light lemonade instead of the true mix tastes the same so wont add extra calories good luck
