Because they didn't originate from a breed, they originated from wolves and other native species of wild dogs.

Breeding different wolves/jackals/dingoes and whatever result in slightly different looking dogs. Dogs possessing certain traits are selected for further breeding in order to 'bring out' that trait in a breed. Over many, many generations of doing this 'selective breeding' (this has been going on for thousands of years) you end up getting dramatically different looking dogs - our modern dog breeds

Different breeds of dogs were developed by humans to fulfill a needed function. Every breed was developed with specific traits that enable the dog to perform it's function. If you read a breed standard, you are reading a trait by trait description of the ideal dog for performing the function for which it was developed.

were all humans but we come black, white, chineese, asian, british, american and so on.

dogs also come from different back grounds.
