Medium Rare Kangaroo, on sweet potato mash with asian greens and a sweet red wine and seeded mustard glaze!
Oh yum how good does that sound! I dont think i've ever had it this spot on but its kinda like mixing att the ones i've had together and making what i wish i could see on the menu.
Or Pork chops with chilli plum glaze.
Or Tuna Morney - oh yum!
Or Chilli Con Carn - in a taco! oh yeah!!
Or Chicken Fajitas.

Oh yeah i tried a new one this week, pan fried white fillet fish on - bean, cherry tomatoes, green chilli and olives tossed in a bit of olive oil and baked for like ten minutes, then add parsley and lemon juice and place fish on top. it was so great. light and refreshing. (good beans before adding to oven they take more than everything else!)

I am from Louisiana so a few of mine are boiled craw fish, Fried Catfish, Shrimp Etouffee, Sticky Chicken(chicken in a gravy) Oyster Po boy, and I love Carrot Souffle.

im guess my favorite food lies between indian and mexican.my next faorite would be a tropical chicken dish that i created myself.it is quite simple tasty and very easy to make.
