does wanting to open the door of the running squad car at a dunkin donuts and put it in park count? As a taxpayer and with the cost of gas, it burns me to see a group of police cars with the engine running and those fat asses inside getting paid. You know no other government paid office gets away with this... but it's a felony i'm sure with the camera watching you and it's not worth doing, write your local congress...
