its not that drastic of a change i eat 600-800 now its only a few hundred. if i eat more than 800 i will get fatter. to me food is pointless if you eat your just going to get hungry again in a few hours so whats the difference. food=fat.

You won't lose the weight, your body will go into starvation mode & start using up muscle tissue and energy, then shut down.

This will happen faster due to the exercise using up fat reserves

It's just not know how long a body can survive. Many more studies have been done on how long a person can survive without any access to food or water. But on a hunger strike, with hydration, the numbers are just all over the place. Mahatma Gandhi survived 21 days of total starvation while only allowing himself sips of water. Well-documented studies report survivals of other hunger strikers for 28, 36, 38 and 40 days.

In the concentration camps, many people survived but unfortunately there is just no way of knowing how much food they consumed (many survivors survived by eatting the bread of the dead and nearly dead) and what the calories were.

It is believed the human body can survive 3 weeks without food--but there are just too many factors in it. Now you are a minor and are attempting this voluntarily--which means it is perfectly within the guardians right to hook you up to an IV since you do not have the intelligence to make rational decisions. You will not have the right to chose what is healthy and what is a "healthy weight" for you to be.

So the good news (since you already know its terribly bad for you) is that you won't die during the first couple weeks. As far as how long it will take for your body to lose 25-30 lbs, there is hundreds of scientific studies that can tell you it will take you a lot LONGER to lose 25-30 lbs eatting 100-150 calories a day than it would take your body to lose it while eatting 1300 calories a day. As this board has explained many many many times that starving yourself slows down your metabolism and causes your body to stop burning the calories that it would normally burn, while storing all calories instantly into fat...but you know all that.

But there is very lil documentation on how long it takes a person with no food to lose weight. Just like the is very lil documentation on how long it takes a person to die from no food. Each person is different.

This would help you loose weight kinda fast, skip breakfast, or only drink one cup of milk, in school eat only half of what you get or less- if you are easily tempted then give a way half of your food before eating. Some days, skip lunch to, like take one or 2 bites out of your hotpocket and throw away the rest, or give it away to a friend , brother, or sister.

Keep a schedule- monday no lunch, tuesday- half lunch and so on, dont eat snacks , eat an okay dinner (not one of those dinner that after your done you feel kind of full)

Youll be dead before you lose all your weight, plus depriving your body of so much calories will only slow down your metabolism causing it to regain weight again after you resume a normal diet. Not just that its unhealthy but dieting by such extreme methods would be ineffective as well. Your body may also appear fatter when severely deprived of food as a result of a build up in fluids in your gut causing it to look bloated. Don't believe me? Look at those African children in National Geographic. 100 to 150 calories just the amount to cause such severe symptoms. So starving yourself to that extreme may make you more fat. Instead eat nutritional food, try maintain a daily 1000 calories and get plenty of exercise and you'll be perfectly slim. Also Ive lost 30 pounds in just 3 months just by following my doctors advice of eating properly (not starving) and exercing routinly.

this is not a lecture
this is truth
if you eat like that what your body will do is store it as fat. it will think that it's starving and use what ever it gets as fat to store for energy. the best and fastest way to lose weight is to change what you eat. it's not a matter of how much but, a matter of what it is. example: if you are to eat 500 calories and you got it from a chicken breast and a banana......your body would burn it for energy. but, if you got the calories from four bags of chips......it would be fat. there is a world of body builders and athletes out there to back this up. go to a website like body for life and see for your self. there are many people that has changed their lives from it. www.bodyforlife.com one more thing. if you eat that few of calories and lose weight......your body will be used to it. so one day when you decide to have a whopper.......watch out. it will be so fattening that it will make you sick. then you'll be looking for bodyforlife.com for sure
i would go there first before you do anything too drastic.....what do you got to lose? other than weight.......try it out and see for yourself. good luck to you and take care of your body. it's the only one that you have!

eating 100-150 cals a day will almost completely shut down your metabolic rate. your body will catabolize muscle tissue for use as energy and hold on to fat stores. you will end up much fatter after the period of starvation than you are now. starving the body is the exact opposite of what is needed for the body to increase the metabolic rate and burn fat.

starving the body has never worked for fat loss and it never will..

That's a perfect recipe for trashing your metabolism and setting yourself up for a world of hurt you could not possibly imagine right now.

Extraordinarily unwise plan.

Horrible for your health, however, if you do want around that many calories, DO start a liquid diet..

SMoothie for breakfast, a couple of V8's for lunch, and I really don't know a good dinner for a LD.

You would collapse and your organs would shut down. Organs can't function without calories. Calories = energy. Without energy nothing works.
