Rf to HDMI Cable????

I have a 32' LCD tv and I have digital cable. I have a home theater system that I use to produce 5.1 surround sound. I am trying to find out if a RF to HDMI cable exists so that I can continue to use the current setup I have now and only change one cable.

Please don't use RF to send a digital TV signal!
Since you have a digital set-top box, I am sure it has component out (R/G/B plugs). Buy a component cable and connect your set-top to your TV via component input. You can still use your existing digital audio cable to connect your set-top to your home theater system for 5.1 surround.
Of course, if your TV and set-top box have HDMI ports, use those with an HDMI cable.

By the way RF is modulated , so your set-top should provide the HDMI output directly.
