Thanks to all who helped with the picture resizing.

Now I need a bit of software that will compress the image down to a 20k file after the resizing.

Ideally so I can select multiple images and get them all done at once!

JPG's can't be compressed because they already are. Reduce the number of "dots per inch" or Pixels to reduce the file size.

To resize many files at once, and reduce the file size, try :

Microsft Picture Manager should do the trick for you
