I would recommen Nioxin - you can get it from http://www.salonlines.co.uk/hair-products/nioxin-hair-products/.

Nioxin is a product that effectively treats fine or thinning hair. These products are used and trusted by millions of people worldwide.

I have several tips to thicken and increase the growth of your hair. If you follow these, your fine hair should become more thick and healthy.

Assess whether you live an unhealthy lifestyle or use traditional drugstore hair products that contain alcohol and sulfates. If you do, switch to an all-natural hair growth product like A Double Portion Super Hair Growth Shampoo and follow the tips below. You will see a difference.

Tip #1: Change your diet.
Increase your intake of proteins. Eat fish, eggs, beans, yogurt, and cheese. Drink a soy protein shake daily.

Tip # 2: Drink plenty of water
6-8 glasses is a must. 8-12 is even better.

Tip #3: Get your vitamins
Take a B Complex, Fish Oil, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E.

Tip #4: Only use an all-natural hair growth or hair thickening shampoos and conditioners

There are several good natural shampoos on the market, such as Aubrey Organics and Giovanni. However, I have used A Double Portion Super Hair Growth Shampoo on my hair loss clients because it is created specifically for hair growth and I have seen substantial results in a matter of month. It is full of hair growth promoting essential oils, sage, cayenne, neem, jojoba, and aloe. For my clients that used it, their hair got thicker, longer, and softer. You can find it online at Beauty 4 Ashes Christian Health & Beauty's website. It is great shampoo just for making your hair more manageable and smooth as well.

Tip #5: Place as little heat and chemicals on your hair as possible. No hair coloring please.

Tip #6: Live a stress free life.

Tip #7: Get your blood flowing
Aerobic exercise stimulates blood circulation throughout the entire body, including the scalp. This is important for hair growth. Also, consider massaging your hairline for 5-10 minutes a day with warm olive or coconut oil. It will accentuate your hair growth as well.

Extra help for thin hair:
Mash 1/2 cup of avocado, a tablespoon of mayo, and a tablespoon of coconut milk and olive oil together. Blend well. Let it sit on your hair for 20-30 minutes. Rinse your hair with tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and follow with an all-natural hair growth and thickening shampoo. Do this at least 2-3 times a week. Within one month, your hair should be fuller and bouncier, without having to get an expensive salon treatment.

How about these options:

If your hair is long, have it cut into a bob, which would make it look thicker!

Another option would be to use a partial hair piece from Trendco; they make some specifically for people with thinning hair. And when you consider that all the celebs wear wigs, it's a perfectly acceptable thing to do!

Finally: if you're colouring hair, perhaps you should stop, as the dye might be weakening your hair.

I also can recommend Nioxin shampoo, I suffered hair thinning due to a thyroid problem and it really helped. It is pricey but worth every penny. You should be able to pick it up from a good Hairdressing Salon.

If it's falling out, try taking cod liver oil regularly - that always has a positive effect on my hair - and make sure you're gettin enough iron. Might be worth asking the doctor for a thyroid test too, that can impact on the hair.
Make sure you're getting enough vitamins too, avocados are stuffed with good oils etc. Also ensure you're gentle with it, especially when wet, and keep it sleek and tangle free with a nourishing serum, like L'Oreal Elvive's anti frizz one.

do you mean that your hair is thinning and you want it fuller? try getting a volumizing shampoo and blow dry it upside down. layered haircuts also help make it look fuller.

if you mean that your hair is too thick and you want to thin it, you need to go to a salon and they will use a razor (not the electric buzz cut kind, but razored scissors) to thin out the hair. my sister has to have this done once a month.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/hmf9H
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

I think a good, heatlhy diet can help. Lots of vitamins and minerals, quality proteins to nourish your hair. Products may make it look fuller but it's not going to fool you into believing that you hair is thicker and it will still bother you.
