is there call diverting hardware that allow me to make calls through my home line remotely?

i have 2 lines at home and would like to call one of the lines and be able to be connected to the other line and make a call thru this other line is this possible?

You need a phone system or PBX with out dial capablities. Most new phone systems do this. You can buy a used small system on E-bay for as little as $100.
