How do you make a 'jump disk' as a hand out for MS Powerpoint application. Thank you!?

By 'jump disk' I assume you mean USB Flash Drive.

Determine the file SIZE of your presentation and then buy as many UFD's as you need. Most low capacity devices are cheap. TIP: CD's are way cheaper and have the same effect!
