Instead of trying to install it, i think i need to remove every bit of it from my macbook before i can reinstall it to my laptop. Anyone knows how? I dragged it to the trash and emptied it.
I posted this on the apple discussion forum and no one could answer it. hope one of you is willing and able to help me outta this trouble.
Thank you very much/merci beaucoup/muchas gracias/万分感谢

No, you don't need to: "i think i need to remove every bit of it from my macbook before i can reinstall it to my laptop".

Just insert the OS X disk and boot your Mac. Then follow the prompts to re-install OS X "without removing your data files".
