I'm not sure that you had an orgasm but it sounds like you were very close. Usually the rule of thumb is if a woman says I think I had an orgasm they didn't.... maybe a small one... they get bigger and better.

Women do tend to have orgasms during foreplay more often when they were first becoming sexually active. This probably is because they are just so excited. Whatever you doing keep practicing you'll find they get more explosive

Sounds like you came very close to one, whatever he was doing you should not have stopped him. Actually more women have orgasms during foreplay verses actual intercourse. You know where you are sensitive, have him go to those areas and have fun with it.
