"Bebe eres todo para mi y no deseo perderte jamás! Te amo."

The word "usted" in Spanish is the formal way to say "you" to people who you don't know, that are strangers to you, but for a kind of relation like work you most talk to them. For example you are in a supermarket and you have scanned all the articles to a lady and you want to know if the person needs something else you ask "Do you need something else?" In Spanish would be "¿Usted necesita algo más?" You use "usted" because you don't know the person and the treatment is impersonal.

¡bebé que usted significa que el mundo a mí y yo nunca deseamos soltarle! ¡Te quiero!

this is per altavista.com. (not advised as there is a difference between literal versus meaning translating that computer programs cannot seem to do: thus translators still having jobs)

I would say this: ¡Bebé, eres mi mundo y nunca deseo vivir sin ti! ¡Te amo!
this means (literally): baby, you are my world and i never want to live without you. I love you!
I think this is a winner as far as the context/meaning of what you are going for. To lose (not loose) someone may not fully translate equally.
I studied Spanish for several years, however, I am not a native speaker. So, there may be a better answer from one of those, but for my money, go with my answer.

bebé que usted significa que el mundo a mí y yo nunca deseo soltarle! Te quiero!

but if you are saying it to a boyfriend/lover....than instead of "bebe" you would use "amor"....
