Ok, you say that you love her to death but you don't love her with a willy. Then you don't love her. If you honestly truly love this person you would accept her for who she is and not what she has or doesn't have.
Instead of trying to wonder if there's a surgical procedure to correct her so that she'll meet your standards you really do need to let her go. Just explain to her that you thought you could deal with her being the way that she is but you can't. You can't deal with her being partial male or having male traits and therefore you want to walk away from the relationship now before both of you end up getting deeply hurt. I wouldn't offer to be a friend to her either because that will be a problem for you. Without admitting it you will always wonder why she had to be a partial male.

yes i believe there are surgeries to correct the problem. I'm not sure both parts actually function. The "willey" may just be a skin fold or something..but anyhow, you loved her before you discovered what she is/has, that doesn't change what
kind of person she is or what attracted you to her to begin with. Imagen how she must feel living with this and how she
is going to feel when you dump her because of it

I too have been through this. It really does hurt when you find out. But, since removal is so expensive you can make her go to Bankok (like I did) and get it removed a lot cheaper. If she doesn't do it, she doesn't love you. If you need any information, you can email me. Good luck!!!

I wonder if she found out such a thing about you that she'd dump you. She was unfortunately born that way. She can get it removed. It's just sad. I feel bad for her. I cannot imagine what you will do to her self esteem if you dump her now. If you really love her, you will find a way.

Yes there is a surgery for removal. Plenty of gay men have had it done. Tell her to get a referral from her doctor.

For richer, for poorer, for better, for worse, in sickness and in health...didn't you read the rule book ? Whilst I doubt this is genuine... her condition is part of what made her the person she is today, the one you fell in love with. Nobody is perfect; there is always surgery.
