This is a disgusting display of self-serving behavior.
Grow up. I know you're hurt, but lashing out is stupid and juvinille. Whether you want to believe it or not, she has a right to leave you. You don't own her. It sucks that things didn't work out for you, but this is the same kind idiocy that drives some people to kill, stalk or physically abuse their ex's. Is that the kind of person you want to be?
Just remember that relationships are a two way street. Don't stand on a pedestal, telling yourself this is all her fault. Somehow, in some way, you were not meeting her needs for a relationship. If you had been, she wouldn't have left. To be honest, most of the time, it's nobody's fault - it's just that both parties weren't getting what they wanted out of the relationship.
Instead of looking at ways to punish her, use your time and effort to get off your butt and find someone new. Remember that this could've been the best thing to happen to you! You don't know who else you're going to meet. If word gets around that you are vindictive, though, it's not going to make meeting new people want to go out with you.

tell her you feel like she ripped your heart out of your chest and stomped on it, and then ran over it with a truck then shoved it back in your chest and hit you in the head with a bat.
But the thing is you give her power over you by telling her how much she hurt you, the best revenge might be not talking to her at all and look forward to the future with a girl that will treat you with the kindness and respect you deserve to have. Put all the negitive things she said and did to you in the past and focus on the good things in life, if she see's you happy and better off without her what better revenge could there be.

Than just let her know how you feel. Girls really just like the truth. If she hurt you , Tell her she hurt you . Tell her what your heart is feeling .

Honesty...it's best policy and make them come from your heart and not your mind.
Forget resentment.
