Yes, sometimes it's quite easy to pull a muscle. A pulled rib muscle is one of the most painful, because the muscles wrap around the front and back of your body . place a heating pad or hot towels on the area of Pain for twenty minutes at a time. afterwards apply an analgesic balm. this will help relax the muscles.

You need to see a chiropractor as soon as possible. They can get rid of the pain and help you with therapy. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area. I advise you go as soon as possible.

"Pulled Muscle" signifies that in some type of muscular interest, you truly produced a small tear in a particular muscle. The localized swelling that occurs causes stress on nerve endings in the muscle and outcomes contained in the feeling of soreness.

Sounds like cramp to me too. You usally get cramp from allot of exercise/your muscle getting cold and I think from not enough fluids in your body. Im sorry that I dont know how to get rid of the pain but its usually allot better after 24hours and gone usually in 42 hours.

Looks more like a cramp or a spasm. Apply any muscle relaxant and you will be fine.
