*chuckle* I find my thoughts an beliefs to be unclear to me.

While some are more 'dear' than others, there seems to be a fair degree of 'malleability'. And by listening to others views I have found at times I have gained a clearer understanding of my own position. Sometimes by contrast, sometimes by comparison. Either way, I have valued the insights I have gained.

So I think out in the world is much better than in a box. I'll have time for that when I'm dead!

Yes, and if you'll bear with me I'll try to explain. I realize that pure Knowledge is formless. I also realize that verbal communication has it's limitations and therefore distortions occur during translation. I, like many others, have been searching for just the right words that will explain, to ourself and others, EXACTLY what we mean.
When I question my deepest thoughts and private beliefs, I often use the people I love and trust, as a mirror. Yes, it does take an open mind and a certain amount of courage to expose ourselves in that way and to allow others to reflect back to us, in their own words, what we 'seem' to be communicating.
It's interesting, that when we step outside of the box, we step into another larger box. Which we then step out of, into another larger box. Which we then step out of, into another larger box. Which...

There is a light, this light can manifest as a question or an answer or even as a belief. Yes it is not wise to put this great light in a box, name it, and say my box has the one true light or our box has the one true light, for it is not the real truth of the light. Better to be open and know all have it, some know this and some do not. ~ : )

I'm usually right. Much more right than you could ever imagine with your soft human brain. So generally speaking no. lol.

but every now and then I will change a belief. I never take into account the opinion of anyone else though.

Random hippy goodbyes (for your convenience):
Namaste
Peace and love
peace and hair grease
peace out
peace out and all that groovy jazz
:)>-
and i run out there.

I say question everything, and don't stop questioning until the questions and the answers drop into the emptiness that You are.

However, as you ask your questions, realize that the answers all come from within. You cannot listen with the mind and expect to hear something that was not already in your mind. All realizations come from beyond mind and are seen with intuition.

God is the God of your Being, and You are That. With that said, grasp your truths lightly so as to leave room in the palm of your hand for God.

I question everyone's beliefs, and with one of my main beliefs being the idea that Divinity is all things to all people (in other words, God's smart enough to have aliases), being open-minded and learning about other people's religions and beliefs is one of the main parts of my religion. If you can call it a religion. I'd say get out and see the world, who wants to live in a box?

How can I figure out what I believe, without asking questions about it, and looking at other's beliefs? What would I compare my own to? It's "safe" to hang out in a little box, but you don't go very far that way....

Not at all..The point of having thought and belief is simply to be distintive compare to other base on your perception and faith. There is nothing wrong of asking other opinion as long as you hold strong to what your believe are. You got to hold strong to what you have. You cant keep asking people opinion, and kept changing your believe because you thought that others opinion make sense better that yours.Eventually you will keep changing and changing and it wont bring you futher to salvation and peace. You got to believe your religion, believe in yourself and have your own judgement..Be strong dude!aight..

Yes, I do question what I think and believe and I love to talk to other people about their beliefs as well. I find our spiritual nature fascinating. I think it would be detrimental to your growth to stay in your "own little box". How will you grow if you do not explore?
Namaste to you. I always love your questions.

Blessings in abundance,
Kallan

I think all people do as this helps to reinforce the beliefs that one has. Having questions and asking for answers is normal.
