And you're asking just because you are curious? How odd.

Wow, what a question! Why do I feel like Wink Martindale just told me to ignore the buzzer telling me that I lost the $10 million...

Have you considered searching some official channels for this answer. I am having a hard time understanding how you were able to develop this question without a textbook, which would of course have the answer.

I feel obligated to make an effort here...Perhaps, if you try calling your library they may be able to help you find a source for this answer. These are common textbook facts on an uncommon subject, at least for an American. I have limited experience with recent textbooks (over the last 10 years or so), but my experience has been that the timeless knowledges such as those you are seeking about the Phillipines have all but been erased from them. I am afraid that you might have a difficult time finding the true answer to this question without finding a sixties or seventies textbook, either Phillipine (translation would be necessary) or American college (I do not believe this information would have ever been in an American high school textbook).

Good luck finding the answer to this question!

Citizenry must be responsible to protest against injustices,
Law enforcement must implement the right judicial orders,
Appellate court must decide cases based on law,
Penology should implement the right punishment, and
Judiciary must protect the proper administration of justice.
