Singapore dvd code is 3 but most of the major electrical shops sell dvd players which can play all codes. You just need to ask them to confirm. The major brands like Philips, Pioneer all have uncoded players and they're legally available - go look at Harvey Norman, Best Denki etc.

HI. DVD Players in Singapore use region code 3 therefore a code 1 DVD will not play unless you purchase a code free
player which are readily available .
Cheers.

Every time you change regions it clearly tells you how many times you have left. You now have zero. Buy a new dvd drive, or stick with the current region.
