I'm not preganant and this doesn't just happen near my period its an ongoing problem and a bit painful.

I had the same symptoms and found out it was Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome(MVPS)

You cant really say anything just from those symptoms. They may or may not be related to one another. Go talk to your doctor and get some tests ran.

Might be premenstrual symptoms, they're the symptoms I usually get before my period.

You need to have a physical examination. These symptoms can be signs of any number of diseases.
