Okay,it is like 5am here and I have only had about 2 hours of sleep b/c I have this sharp pain occurring under my left breast.I can't lay, sit, stand, walk or anything with out feeling a very sharp tight pain pulsing in my breast.I haven't done anything unusual tonight and I don't understand what I should do to make the pain stop so I can get some more sleep before I have to get ready to go today. I mean this pain is very tingle-ly and tight and it pulses. What should I do and should I see a doctor about it?This is the first time this has ever happened.

It may not be serious. It has happened to me, perhaps not as extreme. Its NEVER a bad idea to take care of yourself with regular checkups and I'd certainly mention that to your obgyn

Don't freak out yet, could be from many things. Possible gallbladder attack due to the formation of gallstones. Possible cardiac, does your left arm ache? is your pulse racing? You may want to take an baby aspirin 80mg just to be safe. You may have bruised you ribs? How old are you? family history? what shape are you in? Do you have a stress full job/lifestyle? If it persists or get worse, do go to a doctor/ ER, always better to be safe than sorry. FYI-there really are so many possible reasons without knowing more at this point.
I hope this helps, and you feel better quickly.
Ciao,

Sounds like you just spazzed out a nerve with an underwire as you twisted or bent the wrong way. Ibuprofen (Motrin) will probably relax the muscles around the spazzy nerve and alleviate your pain long enough for you to go to sleep. If it's still around in 2 days, go to a doc.

You should go to the doctor, left sided chest pain is not a good thing especially if it is keeping you up. You may be having a heart problem.

Your problem sounds so much like mine, first of all you need to have a mammogram done to see what your problem might be.Don't be scared,That was one of my big problems, but what my docter tells me is to take 400 units of Vitamin E everyday, you should also cut back on your chocolates and drink caffeine free pop ,but water is best.

First, take Ibuprofen or Tylenol. Consuld a doctor anyway - this is not normal.
