someone asked me to do certain exercise but i found that it make my muscles more 'mascular'. people tone calf but it is for the slim ones to tighten them up. for me, i really got no idea how to slim the calf.

you can do calf exercise with a certain amound of weights, such as calf raise, you choose a weight that you can easily do 10 to 20 repetitions and repeat. Its help tone your calf and remember do not do heavyweights or your calf will get big.

Try something that stretches or works the entire leg, so that it looks toned and not bulky. Also try to limit protein and eat enough carbs to work out but not much else. I find that seemed to work. *shrug*

I enjoy running and biking but stairs would not be recommended if you don't want to build leg or calf muscle.

I have the same problem, thought maybe not as extreme. The only thing you can do is leg stretching exercises to make them slimmer. Like stepping on a phone book with your toes and stretching your calves and leg stretches feet straight up and down

Take pilates or yoga, as these are known to tone and lengthen muscles without bulking them up.
