it is like a thin pea pod & tastes similar to peas
it is very nice another name for it is sugar snap peas

They are premature peas, very tender wouldn't even have to be cooked, but they usually are.the actual meaning is mange means eat, tout means all. So you have the peas still in the pod translation: Your having premature peas still in the pod. hope that helps

Yes it's a pea. apparently its better than regular snap peas because its the oldest known vine over numerous countries etc, etc, tastes like a pea... looks like
