I want to come and learn english (american) in us ?

How can you show me good address to rent small and cheap room anywhere in USA

First, you have to tell us what your mother language is.
If it is Mandarin, I don't recommend you to go to CA. There are Chinese everywhere in CA. You can never improve your English there.(Well, if you never involve in Chinese community, it is another story...)

If you are Spanish-Speaker, I think you have nowhere to go...... There are Spanish speaker everywhere.

I will recommend you to go to Denver. Nice place to live. And the apartment rental is affordable.
