It always amazes me that there are so many people who dictate what God can and cannot do.
God is not a Trinity. God is a unity.
John 1:1 -- In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
God (a.k.a. the Father) was WITH the Word (a.k.a. Jesus) in unity, and the Word was ALSO God. But he did not remain as God.
Philippians 2:5-7 -- "...Christ Jesus: who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness."
God, the Word, made himself able to be killed and die! And he most certainly can pray to his Father who is still God.
Who told you that God knows "when the last hour will be?" Certainly not God; the Bible says no such thing.
After Jesus was resurrected to the same glory he had before he became human, he again has the same might as God the Father.
And you have already killed Jesus (as we all have), by our sins.

Yhshua/Jesus always emphatically stated that he serves his God Yhwh/Jehovah and he taught his Apostles that fact as well. Please see the following Scriptures for proof that Jesus worships, serves and subjects himself to Jehovah in the past and present:
John 20:17
John 17:3-5
John 5:19
John 14:28
Mark 10:18
Matthew 26:39
John 8:17-18
Mark 13:32
Matthew 20:23
Matthew 3:17
Acts 3:13
Revelation 3:12
but also in the future, after the 1,000 year reign of peace under Christ,
after he restores all obedient ones to everlasting life the
following will take place in heaven:;
1 Cor 15:24-28
so, Jesus' own words are our greatest source of knowledge and I for one will not call him a liar!
Jesus said "I and the Father are one" at John 10:30, then they picked up stones to stone him, but then he explained just six verses later that he is only "God's Son" John 10:36. it's interesting how people who choose the pagan Roman trinity god stop reading before John 10:36! then, to top it all off, Jesus says that his true followers are "one" like he and his Father (John 17:21, 22) making it crystal clear that "one" doesn't mean 'the same person', it means 'in unity'.
then there's John 8:58 which should be read in context. here the Jewish leaders are telling Jesus that Abraham and the prophets are greater than him. Then Jesus clearly says that he can not glorify himself, only the Father can. Then he says that Abraham rejoiced about the Messiah, to which they said 'how can you claim to have seen Abraham when you aren't even 50?' Then Jesus says that he existed before Abraham.
that is a logical answer to the Jews telling him he couldn‘t possibly have seen Abraham. However supporters of the Roman 3-in-1 god say that Jesus uttered God's Holy name in verse 58; how does that make any sense?
which is a more sensible answer to the Jews question of 'you aren’t even 50, how can you have seen Abraham?'
A. I existed before Abraham
or
B. Before Abraham [God's Holy Name]
it makes no grammatical sense to say he was answering their question with a sentence fragment like "before Abraham Jehovah"
however it would be outrageous to the Jews for him to claim that he existed in heaven before he was sent to earth by Jehovah
supporters of the Roman god also use 1 John 5:7 to prove their co-equal 3-in-1 god but 1 John 5:5 says "Jesus is the son of God" and verse 6 in the oldest manuscripts extant states that he came by "water and blood". John, like all Bible writers is inspired by God's holy “spirit” to “bear witness“. Verse 7 only says "the three bear witness", the rest of the stuff in verse 7 in the KJVersions was added in the FIFTH CENTURY! Then in the oldest manuscripts extant verse 8 doesn’t have anything about "and there are three that bear witness in earth", nor does it contain the Greek words for “Father” or “Word” but it uses the same Greek words from verse 6 for "water” and “blood".
All theology historians know those facts!

Jesus was a Branch of God and without the full power of God, but still a lot more than any other human ever had. Since Jesus was a Branch of God, Jesus was still God, just not in full power. Jesus took on the power or strength of a man, but yet the Holy Spirit was with Him. Jesus could have changed back into the full Godhead at anytime but if Jesus had we would still be dying in sin with no hope of eternal life.
A portion of God became Jesus and lowered Himself or emptied Himself for you and for me. God doesn't die and Jesus as God didn't die, but Jesus as Son of God or human God died. Jesus' body died, but Jesus' God Spirit never died.
God the Father is Spirit and an all-consuming fire.
God the Son is Spirit and in human form.
God the Holy Spirit is Spirit and lives within us.
Romans or Jews did not kill Jesus. Jesus laid down His life, because He said at any time He could call a legion of angels.
Jesus did not have the same might as Father God because we cannot see God and for sure an all-consuming fire would destroy us. Hebrews 12:29 "for our God is a consuming fire."But Jesus did everything that He saw the Father doing.
God the consuming fire is not the same as the Holy Spirit God within us. God is Spirit. The Holy Spirit is Spirit, but a lesser Spirit or we would be consumed by fire.
The only way you will see God is by seeing Jesus Christ.
The only way you will have God inside of you is by the Holy Spirit.
Father God is so great that He is virtually more than One. He becomes a lesser part so He can communicate with us.
I read the Word of God constantly and this is the only way I can explain it.
Can any man kill Jesus - NO, because at anytime Jesus can become fully God. So my friend, Jesus Christ chose to be beaten, ridiculed and crucified so He could fulfill the law of "no pardoning of sin without the shedding of blood." If Jesus had never gone to that cross, you and I would have no hope of eternal life in a glorious place.

There is no doubt that Jesus used the title "Son of God" in a number of his preachings.
Unfortunately, the significance of this official title has been deliberately confused by the religion created by Paul of Tarsus and the Sadducees.
You see, the simple-minded religion created by Paul and the High Priests called "christianity" despised knowledge, feared knowledge and wanted all historic records of knowledge to be burned and destroyed. Why?
What was so dangerous about understanding the true historic nature of the title of "Son of God"?
Because, when jesus adopted the title, he was literally claiming to be the true Pharaoh. The only way that was possible is that he was of royal Egyptian blood as well as Jewish blood.
And the only way that works is if Moses was indeed Akhenaten.
See:
http://one-faith-of-god.org/new_testament/apocrypha/essenes/essenes_0010.htm
2,000 years ago, all educated people in the world knew that the title "Son of God" meant pharaoh.
See:
http://one-faith-of-god.org/old_testament/sources/son_of_god/son_of_god_0010.htm
Even the Roman Emperors during the time of Jesus adopted the title for themselves on their money, because of conquering Egypt. See:
http://one-faith-of-god.org/old_testament/apocrypha/son_of_god_2/son_of_god_2_0010.htm
In fact, proof of this important understanding of why Jesus chose the title is evidenced on the famous copper scroll of the Essene community at Qumran- which spells "akhenaten is zadok" in other words Akhenaten was Moses!
See:
http://one-faith-of-god.org/old_testament/sources/copper_scroll/copper_scroll_0010.htm
Jesus wanted to destroy the lies of the Sadducees about Moses and the Persian created scriptures. Paul of Tarsus and the High Priests wanted to stop him.
So they literally created the concept of Jesus "being God" to suppress the true agenda of Jesus and the Nazarenes.
We have been paying for their trickery ever since.

Historically, the Roman Empire needed One God to bind all the people of the empire together in one ideology.
But christianity found it psychologically useful to have an imaginary person to talk to with one's problems.
The Trinity is a fudge that came from this, decided on by bishop's councils directed by the emperor to make a decision, fast.

Jesus was man and one with God. He was a living example to the world. Yes he can get harmed because he was human with flesh and blood. He does not know when the end of the world is because he did not write it, his father did. However , he is equal to him. Oh and your right about one thing God doesn't die, that's why he rose from the dead.

Well, the idea is that God made his physical self into being a man (who can die) in order to save us from ourselves by sacrificing himself.
The Holy Spririt is supposed to be his soul if you like, and the Godhead is supposed to be his mind.
I think.
Its all very convoluted and I dont personally take any of it.
The idea that God first tells us not to make models, or idols to worship, and then gives us the dove and a man to worship and cast into stone and metal to pray to isn't right to me.
And to quote Jesus (John 12:49-50)
"For I did not speak of my own accord, but the Father who sent me commanded me what to say and how to say it. I know that His command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say."

Jesus is the word of God. "Jhn 1:1-14 ¶ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."
Jesus was the from the beginning. "Jhn 1:1-3 The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made."
Notice In Genesis that God is talking to someone."Gen 1:26 ¶ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:"
When God spoke in Genesis things were created, Gods word is Christ. In fact the word used for god in the old testament is ~yhla which is a masculine noun and has a plural meaning ie. rulers, judges divine ones angels gods etc. As far as god not being able to die Christ is not dead and he lives today.
Only his flesh here on earth ever did die. The bible says when his soul left that he went spoke to the spirits in bondage and proclaimed his victory."1Pe 3:18-19 ¶ For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;"
One more thing God called jesus God.
Hbr 1:8-9 "But unto the Son [he saith], Thy throne, O God, [is] for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness [is] the sceptre of thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, [even] thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows." Which is the same thing Isaiah had said hundreds of years earlier.
Christ is God but not his Father I don't think we will ever truly grasp this mystery until we die and meet our maker.

Dear Friend,
Your question is based on the teaching of the Holy Trinity, I do not blame you for being confused brother, the Trinity is a teaching of Man, and was not beleived by the early churches or taught by Jesus.
Christ was the son of the one true God. Many people will tell you that they exist as a trinity, but this is simply not true, consider the following scripture.
John 14:28"You heard me say, 'I am going away and I am coming back to you.' If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.
Also
Ecclesiastes 9:5 For the living know that they will die,
but the dead know nothing;
they have no further reward,
and even the memory of them is forgotten.
If the Trinity doctrine was true, then who resurrected Jesus when he was dead? and why did Jesus say the father is 'Greater that I'
And concerning the kingdom,
Matthew 24:36
[ The Day and Hour Unknown ] "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
If Jesus was God then why did he not know.
And again, in the book of Mark
The Greatest Commandment
Mark 12:28One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?"
29"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.[e] 30Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'[f] 31The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'[g]There is no commandment greater than these."
32"Well said, teacher," the man replied. "You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. 33To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices."
34When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, "You are not far from the kingdom of God." And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.
The lord is ONE/ you are right in saying he is ONE.
1 Corinthians:15:25For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27For he "has put everything under his feet."[c] Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. 28When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.
This ends the confusion, ' Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. 28When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.'
If Jesus was God, how could he be made subject to himself?
I urge you to investigate these things for yourself, many Christians will tell you that it is a mystery that we are not meant to understand, Not so! God wants us to understand everything clearly so that we can come to him with accurate knowledge that breeds love.
The bible also says:
Ephesians 3:9and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. 10His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms
"make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God"
I hope that this answers your questions brother.
God Bless
