You can try clean the clubs with a product called "Barkeepers Friend". It can be found in grocery stores near the Ajax. In fact it comes in a can just like Ajax. It will clean stainless steel but it will not buff out any dings or scratches. Use a sponge and old toothbrush. It will get the metal back to a uniform state.

Before you do anything (what I suggest or what others suggest such as chrome polish) to your current clubs, try it out on an old wedge or something to be sure you like the result. I would do an old club and see is I like the result.

Mothers Chrome polish for metals. You can also use MeGuires Polish after for nice shine.
