the skin around my leaps exfoliate when i use face-power.pls suggest remedy.?

Use moisturizer. Your face /mouth is too dry. This is common in cold weather.

I think your lips are already flakey, try using a dry toothbrush and rub gentley on them until the dry skin goes away, then it will look smooth and soft when you apply face powder
