when i dowloaded the file and opened it i shut down the whole computer and now when i try to open my mp3 files where i download the file it shut down. now my virus scan will not even work it also shuts down when it starts to scan my mp3 files PLEASE HELP

you could always re-set your computer back to the settings right before you dowloaded the file....you will lose anything you have done after that though, so caution...
click on the start Menu...and there should be a help button...press that
then click "system restore" picking the last known good configuration(sp)......
then wait....
hope this helps....and be more careful with what you download next time...or buy stuff..

Sounds like you downloaded a virus.
Go to Symantec or Trend Micro's website and run an online scan. If you can't even do that, you definitely have a virus.
Next time, SCAN the darn file before you open it!

Reboot the computer with original settings. Everything will get deleted. Or try a system restore. Restore it to an earlier date before you downloaded the file.

secondly try to do a system restore
third who is your Anti-V?
fourth uninstall limewire
fifth, use Ares
sixth, go into a PC help room on ares and get some of those guys to help ya, usually its a bunch of pc nerds with nothing to do.
