ok i hadnt been doing this thing for my class and its a weekly thing, which is where i write down certain notes for this thing... anyways whats a good excuse i can say to bum off a classmate? the only thing i can think of is say that my binder got stolen and ill him 30 bucks if i can copy the notes off him. Can anyone think of a better excuse that is hard to call a person on?

Just be upfront with him about, he'll be more likely to help you because you were honest, than if you try to use some excuse you got off of yahoo. Besides, is that way you want your friends to do to you if they need help? Wouldn't you rather they just came to you and told you the truth straight up, they needed your help,instead of making up some excuse to "get" you to help them out?
You can't make up excuses forever, sooner or later, you have to tell the truth. Make too many excuses, it gets old after awhile. Pretty soon no body will believe you. If you're not honest now, when will you be?

Most of my friends come up to me right before my organic chem. lab and ask if I found whatever chemical I needed for the lab. They pretend they couldn't find it and copy off my lab book. I know it's an excuse and they didn't even try to find it.
I don't know what your weekly thing is but they'll get sick of giving you the answers if you do this every week.
