Some christians seem to judge others, steal from others, commit adutery, and all that the ten comandshits say not to do. Does that make being a Christian a sin?

The acts you commit are a sin. A Christian is a follower of Christ and it's not a sin to be that.

No, actually that makes them humans who have a sinful nature just like you and I. Or it could make them a professing christian, wearing a christian label only, talking the talk without walking the walk. Versus the true christian who also claims to be christian, but backs up their claim with walking the walk with Jesus as their master. The Lord knows our hearts and will judge all of us accordingly. To Him our hearts speak louder than our mouths. I myself claim to be a true christian, not a perfect human. God bless.

No it doesn't make being a Christian a sin or any other religion for that matter. Humans are meant to make mistakes, being by the law, family, work or religion.. its just human nature... however we are given a chance to better ourselves and repent & once we do we should never make that mistake again... peace..

THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH,THERE IS NO ESCAPE.WE
ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, FOR OUR ACTS.THERE ARE FALSE CHRISTIANS,SO BEWARE, WHO YOU ENTERTAIN, FOR IT MIGHT BE LUCIFER IN DISGUISE.

Jas:4:1: From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
Jas:4:2: Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
Jas:4:3: Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
Jas:4:4: Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
Jas:4:5: Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
Jas:4:6: But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Jas:4:7: Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jas:4:8: Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Jas:4:9: Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
Jas:4:10: Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
Jas:4:11: Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Jas:4:12: There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
Jas:4:13: Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
Jas:4:14: Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
Jas:4:15: For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.
Jas:4:16: But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.
Jas:4:17: Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
GOD BLESS

No... that doesn't make being Christian a sin. Not all Christians are sinners, and all sinners aren't Christian.
It's just a larger group with a smaller on in it, like this:
All Christians aren't thinking for themselves, and not all who don't think for themselves are Christians (there's plenty of other religions for them).

its even broader than that. Technically even existing as a person is sin. so a smaller spectrum of being a Christian only falls into that.

no it makes you human. "For all have fallen short of the glory of God". We all make mistakes, some larger than others. All we can do is repent, learn from that mistake, and try to keep from repeating it. God is a forgiving God,and thank goodness, or we'd all be doomed.

I totally understand your frustration with the christian religion, it is like they are all lemmings,( I was one once myself) I was challenged to read the whole bible (king james version) about 10 years ago. I read the whole book I am no longer christian. The atrosities the god of the old testament created, allowed or promoted was too much for me to continue to believe that could be the same god of love the preacher professed to exist. I believe in a god of unconditional love that created our souls with free will (not humans) in his likeness. many souls could not bear to leave fathers side for the loss of love. many souls went out and returned to share their adventures. Some souls rebeled wanted to be a god themselves. This place (earth system) WAS CREATED FOR THE SOUL TO MAKE ITS FINAL CHOICE. Do they really want to be a "little God and live in dominion=lordship over others. or return to father of love/fellowship/joy/sharing/ab... bliss.

What if heaven and hell are exactly the same except for one difference? What ever you picture in your head heaven to be, imagine hell to be the same except for one difference. Everything you can do in heaven you can do in hell except for one difference. The difference is love or dominion. If you choose love you are in heaven, you are sharing love/joy/fellowship, absolute bliss in all you do.

If you choose dominion you are in hell, everyone will be dominion bent, acting without regard to anything but personal pleasure, personal gain, exercising power over others. Everyman for himself in all that is done. Everything else is the same.

Now which path do/will you choose? LOVE or DOMINION

P.S. Doesn't hell feel a lot like earth?
P.S. S. If you choose dominion click on exit, there is nothing here for you.
