You're Right. Only 144,000 will be serving as kings and priests in heaven with Jesus. There are way over 6 million active Witnesses worldwide. You can back up 144,000 in the Bible at Revelation 14:1.
But the bible also mentions the great crowd of people who will live on an earthly paradise. Revelation 7:9.God's purpose for the earth was for Adam and Eve to live in a paradise and have children and fill the earth. His purpose hasn't changed.
As far as what you said about us believing that heaven is full. We do NOT believe that. There are at least 8,000 people that is still on earth that has the heavenly hope.
And I know some people might be like whatever, and they won't care what we have to say. And they don't understand why we do the things we do and some people just hate us. But I just keep 2 Corinthians 4:4 in mind. I'm not sure what you meant about whats the point. What's the point of serving God?

Most people who say they are going to heaven don't have a clue what they would be called on to do once they got there? Do you? Those who are going to heaven will be rulers with Christ. (Rev. 5:10) If all good people go to heaven, who are they going to rule over? The wicked? The animals? No. Instead, they would rule over loyal eartly subjects. Those subjects are mentioned at Ps. 37:29: "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it."
If Adam hadn't sinned, where would he be right now? In heaven? No. He would still be here on the earth. That was God's original purpose for the earth. (Gen. 1:26) So what do you mean, "what's the point"?

Hi. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses. First let me say that if you realy want to know you could ask a Witness when we come to your door, or you could call a Kingdom Hall or go to http://www.watchtower.org I suggest this as you are more likely to get honest answers right out of the horses mouth
In reference to the comment about the 144,000. Oy. We do not think that the ONLY people in heaven are Witnesses. We know from the bible that there are many faithful ones from during the Bible times who are in Heaven. As to why we stll Witness we are not doing so to fill seats or decrease chances for heaven. That is Jehovah's buisness. Most faithful servant's of Jehovah have the hope of living on earth in a paradise as he originally intended for us

THERE WILL BE A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH
The heavenly thousands that are first resurrected for the new heavens is with Jesus at his second coming to resurrect the earthly billions that will be for the new earth at the end of the 1000 year reign of Christ. Rev.20:1-6,12,13;
WHY DOES THERE HAVE TO BE A NEW HEAVENS AND A NEW EARTH?
WHERE DID THE TEACHING OF HEAVEN AND HELL COME FROM?
WHAT HAPPENS TO THOSE WHO DO NOT MAKE IT INTO EITHER THE NEW HEAVENS OR THE NEW EARTH?

Jehovah's' Witnesses are true Christians who base all their beliefs only on the Bible.
Many people misunderstand or deform intentionally what Jehovah's Witnesses teach.
The Bible says that only 144,000 men and women have a heavenly hope. They will rule with Jesus as kings, judges, and priests over mankind. They are called "little flock".
"However, YOU are the ones that have stuck with me in my trials; and I make a covenant with YOU, just as my Father has made a covenant with me, for a kingdom, that YOU may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones to judge the twelve tribes of Israel." -- Luke 22:28-30
"And they are singing as if a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to master that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth." -- Revelation 14:3
"And they sing a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, because you were slaughtered and with your blood you bought persons for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth."" -- Revelation 5:9,10
"Have no fear, little flock, because YOUR Father has approved of giving YOU the kingdom." -- Luke 12:32
The Bible also speaks about a "great crowd" who will live forever on an earthly paradise.
"After these things I saw, and, look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands." -- Revelation 7:9
"For evildoers themselves will be cut off,
But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth.
And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more;
And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be.
But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." -- Psalms 37:9-11
"With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." -- Revelation 21:3,4

Jehovahs Witnesses believe what the Bible teaches.
Rev.14:1-4 clearly states that the number going to heaven is limited to 144,000 who are taken from the earth.These ones have the priviledged position of reigning with Christ Jesus as kings and underpriests over the earth.Providing they are faithful to death.These ones are referred to in the BIble as "little flock","holy ones",Israel of God"(Luke12:32;Eph.2:19;
Gal.6:16)The Bible does not teach that heaven is the reward for everyone who is good.
The earth was created to be inhabited by human being.This was God's original (and still is) purpose.Adam and Eve were created perfect and designed to live forever.They were commanded to "be fruitful and fill the earth".Had they not disobeyed Jehovah they will still be alive today.We age and die because as their offspring we all inherit sin and death from them.
It is only through the ransom sacrifice of Jesus that those exercising faith in Jesus' shed blood have the opportunity to have their sins forgiven and have the hope of eternal life in the near future on a cleansed earth.The Bible also speaks of a time coming when the righteous and the unrighteous will also be resurrected(Act.24:15) to life on earth.
Jehovah God created the heavenly realm for His spirit creations.
He created the earth to be inhabited by his human fleshly creation.
These ones are referred to in the Bible as "other sheep"and "great crowd"(John10:16;Rev.7:9)
The Bible teaches that when we die we go back to the ground from which we came and are not aware of anything around us.Jesus,himself likened death to a sleep when he spoke of the death of his friend,Lazarus.(Eccl.9:5;Gen.3:19;John11:11-14)
So the point for those of us who want to serve God and do his will,is the hope of a wonderful future of peace,harmony,perfect health in paradise conditions and eternal life......Sounds great to me!
