I am having a high school graduation party June thirtieth, and i wish to loose about.....hmmm....like 15-20 pounds.
I am about like 145 & im 5'5
I have been working out for about four months, and only lost like 3 pounds.
I don't eat breakfast, because I can't find the time, and rarely eat lunch, but if i do..its this weird chicken rice bowl thing that tastes like rubber.
So i really want some advice on how to loose some pounds in a healthy fashion which I can manage within my busy schedule.
