I am having a high school graduation party June thirtieth, and i wish to loose about.....hmmm....like 15-20 pounds.
I am about like 145 & im 5'5
I have been working out for about four months, and only lost like 3 pounds.
I don't eat breakfast, because I can't find the time, and rarely eat lunch, but if i do..its this weird chicken rice bowl thing that tastes like rubber.
So i really want some advice on how to loose some pounds in a healthy fashion which I can manage within my busy schedule.

I keep having to paste this but this diet truly works for me. If you are really interested in losing weight then this is the one that works fast.

Search the web for 'cabbage soup diet'. There are a few variations. It works, I know because I use it every now and again. (And have been for many years) Mainly after Christmas. And don't worry, you don't ONLY eat cabbage. You lose 5kg+ in one week. (+- 11 lbs) but obviously only if you follow it strictly! (And drink lots of water!) Exercise regularly to increase weight-loss.

After that, evaluate your eating/exercise habits and make consequent changes if you don't want to gain it back.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Well, it's a big mistake that you don't eat breakfast. If anything, skip a meal in the evening (after 8), but never breakfast. This is the key to loose your pounds. For breakfast it's the best for you to eat some whole grain protein-rich cereal (with skim or soy milk), and/or some plain yogurt and/or a boiled egg. Fruit you should eat anytime. Just only limit for bananas - they contain too much sugar. So , your breakfast should be your biggest carbs intake meal. For lunch try to have salad with tofu or chicken.white meat. Take it with you from home if your school cafeteria doesn't serve them. Vegetable soups are great for lunch. For dinner you can eat anything that is rich in fiber and protein (chicken or meat with veggies). Just avoid starches, breads, bagels (only have whole grains). COMPLETELY EXCLUDE sodas, iced teas and drink lots of water and green tea! Little secret: avoid foods that contain this ingredient- high fructose corn syrup. It makes you gain weight more than sugar, as it metabolizes differently. For sugar cravings eat raw nuts with fruit or raw carrots. And keep exercising. Don't overeat - measure your portions BEFORE you eat. You will loose weight easily this way.

breakfast is the most important meal of the day - it lets your body know its time to wake up and start butning calories.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I would advise a cardiovascular and aerobic workout like running or spinning. In addition, continue to eat health and avoid fatty foods (fried, sweets, ice cream).

eat breakfast... it will start your metabolism for the day, you will have more energy and your body will love you for it.....

maybe try some of those slimming milkshakes, they take hardly any time to prepare
