Casting out of demons or rebuking them in the name of Jesus will force them to flee. They may return however. Luke 11:24-25 illustrates that. A demon returning or a stronger one taking its place is testing your resolve and your faith. If your faith has degraded, or is shaky, it will provide the devil an easy way to attack you. Matthew 8:28-29 is another example of what demons may do when they are cast out. The devil and his demons are constantly seeking to destroy people's faith, hope, and love. The defense against demons is your faith and putting on the armor of the Lord. Read Ephesians 6:11-18.
The devil and demons are fallen angels and are full of great darkness. Darkness cannot be in the same place as light, just as lies do not stand when they are exposed by the Truth. Lies, deception, and doubt are but a few of the weapons of the devil and demons. Search the depths of your faith, Ask and it will be given, Seek and you shall find, Knock and it will be opened to you. Ask the Lord for help, Seek his Face, open the Bible and read the Word of the Lord. In so doing, you will deepen your faith, your understanding, and you will gain strength against any attack that the devil may throw at you.

Demons are exorcised from people through faith and prayer - maybe also fasting (Matthew 17:21) The Bible tells us that after demons or evil spirits are expelled they will roam around looking for rest - this usually means afflicting or inhabiting another person (Matthew 12:43-45).

The demon/s WILL return and so it is imperative that the person is filled with the Holy Spirit and resists the devil who will flee because God's power is greater than that of the enemy. (James 4:7) Believers have victory through the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! These are extremely serious matters. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO ANYTHING BY YOURSELF. If you genuinely believe the presence of the demonic YOU MUST CONSULT A PRIEST OR MINISTER WITH A RECOGNISED MINISTRY IN THIS AREA.

Please be advised that when you are talking the demonic in actual real life it is not like make believe movies - when a person comes face to face in a power encounter with the forces of evil it is highly dangerous and frightening.

For example: I was present at one exorcism with 2 priests where a small woman (demon possessed) took on super strength where she threatened to kill one priest. It took 3 of us to subdue her while she tried to kick, bite, punch and scratch us.

Once on the floor (on her back) her eyes became glazed and took on a snake-like appearance. She made hissing sounds like a snake and writhed along the floor like a snake.

During this INTENSE deliverance ministry session that lasted over 6 hours a number of voices (other than her own) spoke out of the woman - including a male voice.

The demonic world is very real. Most of those people making light of these things or acting tough now would poo themselves when confronted with the real thing.

Let me tell you very sincerely what I described is mild compared to what may be encountered. So, I don't want to scare you too much but I hope I have conveyed the message that you do not want to take this lightly.

The good news is that most people who think that they "have a demon" do not - that is not to say they couldn't have a demon but it is usually people who are not suspected who turn out to be the afflicted ones. This is where the spiritual gift of the discerning of spirits comes in.

Your pastor, minister, priest etc may be loving etc but he may not have the necessary gift of discernment.

First off - PRAY! And then, PRAY AGAIN! And when you have finished praying GO PRAY AGAIN. Ask God for His guidance in the situation - what to do - who to see and the courage and strength to do as He asks.

Only God can heal, deliver and protect.

Praise His Holy Name. Alleluia.

When Jesus cast out demons they went into the swines and over a cliff. Doesn't mean that is where they go every time. Like the other one said, you need someone who knows what they are doing for sure.

Demons when they are cast out go can either go into someone else who is nearby and available or they go into the "abyss" which is a vast pit in hell. When Jesus cast out "legion" which were many demons , the demons begged that He would not send them into the Abyss. If you cast a demon out it can come back depending out what you say. One time, I work at a psychiatric ward for teenagers. This one young man had a demon who was making him have convulsions and contorting and twisting himself. The Lord had me tell the demon to come out of Him in the Name of Jesus Christ. The demon spoke through the young man saying, "I don't want to go, I don't want to go". The young man shook even harder and went lifeless. We thought he was dead. But he came back around and the demon was gone. However, the demon came back. And the Lord showed me, this this when you tell the demon to come out, tell him not to come back. So, I cast the same demon out and told him not to come back as God directed me. And the demon did not come back. So, when casting a demon out be specific. Every believer in the body of Christ has the authority to cast out a demon, if they exercise that authority. You do not have to have a gift to cast out demons. We have already been given authority, we just have to exercise it. God has been using me to cast out demons for years and it does not take all day to do it. Less than five minutes depending on what God tells me to do. But you have to be bold and mean what you are saying to these spirits or else they will laugh at you because they recognize you don't mean what you are saying.

Only those with The Authority of God Almighty may command demons... cast out demons return to the realm of the forces of evil... they can, and do, attack repeatedly... They can not possess one of God's people... but they can cause harm... and they can influence other mortals to cause harm to God's people and to even kill... but a demon may not kill one of God's directly... that is one reason they possess who they can... Any one of The True Christian Faith may command demons...but it is not something to be taken lightly... and assistance of others of The Faith is best if help can be called... demons know they are subject to God's wrath... they know they will face it soon enough... they depart because they do not want to face it quite yet.

It goes out and around waiting and searching for another non spiritual soul to take possession in. It needs a body to really function. keep your House (soul) clean, or it may come back, and bring seven with him. This is some where in scripture, but I can't think just where right now.

If you are possesed by a deamon you need someone with the gift of casting out deamons and a Holy Ghost man or women of God to do it

If you are oppressed by a deamon you can tell it to go in Jesus name, go back to Hell from where it came.

Blind it in Jesus name and cast it out.

It will go where you tell it to go ..........

Like back to hell ...............

your evil is like a life line that allows them to climb up it to haunt you
fear no evil
and evil cant touch you
thus is it prayer removes them back to hell
