Should be "Cazzo, (tu) sei un porco" and it's for sure from a woman to a man. Itsn't slang, is standard Italian.
Meaning is " Pri.ck (*****), you're a dirty pig"

I'm sorry but I can't figure out the first word... maybe it could be "cazzo" that means "d.i.c.k" and it is used as an expression.
The second word "tu" means "you"
The third word "porco" is "pig" used for a person without good manner and above all for a guy that thinks only about sex and touches ladies...

The first word is actually "cazzo" which means "pr**k"; "tu" is "you" and "porco is "pig".

The sentence construction looks a little unusual though....
