Yes. Insted of buying scrubs and exfoliants I just use processed sugar mixed with a little bit of water to make a sort of paste. I use it for both my face and my body in the shower. It imporoves my complexion a lot and leaves my skin so soft. It's cheap and just as good as splurging for an actual exfoliant. You can also use salt or rock salt. However, I find sugar to revive my skin and plus, if you get some in your mouth it tastes great! Good luck.

Mix honey with salt. For face use fine salt. For your body use coarse salt. If you have dry skin, add a little milk into the mixture. For your body you may add some olive oil. For oily and problem skin add lemon juice and an egg white (raw). And no oil, of course.
