How do you know if you are drinking too much or drunk?

I don't want to drink too much...but if I do...how do I know if I'm drunk?

if your asking this question most likely its because someone has recently told you that you were geting to drunk,right well most likely its because you eather have been so drunk you have done things that you dont rember or act out caricture when you drink, become overly emotional/erashonal. or do things that areself destrutive like: casual sex,drugs,drive,finding your self naked some where that you dont know where you are thats allways a fun one! lol (yup ive done it) hopfuly you to will then monenterly rember were you are as I did.,waking up on a bathroom floor with head in toilet or saying the words I.....SWEAR...ILL.......NEVER.....DRINK....AGAIN....... / ...IF.....YOULL.......JUST MAKE.........THIS...ROOM....STOP.SPIN.ING in between puking..lets see what else oh ya if you wake up and look around and.... see 3 hookers, sum crackheads and a fat whight trash lady with a black eye ....yup looks like jail and think to your self eather A). how did I get here? o r B)**** I guess that wasnt a bad dream!
if any of these things aply then you have been drunk. if alot of these aply then you are drinking to much
if alot of these happen every time you drink..for the sake of your self and others that have to be around you..STOP DRINKING!! its ok not to drink its not for everyone sum people just shouldnt drink I see I all day every day trust me I know what I speek of.. Im a Bartender and I live and work on Bourbon st. in the french quarter in New Orleans L.A I see all walks of life drunker then they have ever been so trust i know whats up! and if none of that realy apliys then who ever is telling you drink to much is just hating on you because you have more of a social life then they do or is just a all around bizy body

If you have to ask if you are drinking too much then you are.

One to three drinks a week would be considered social drinking. If you drink too much you can harm your internal organs or do really stupid things that you will regret later.

I would only have one, then evaluate your own behavior and physical response. You need to know this. Its for your safety.

Be careful. I literally get very sick with certain types of booze and its not worth the "pain and suffering" of a drink, for the pleasure of getting a buzz. My body can't adjust to liqueur, trust me I tried.

Ask youre friends to give you sobriety tests throughout the night and try to keep it down to one or two alcoholic drinks per hour...dont get pulled into doin beer bongs or drinking games like asshole or quarters cuz youll be on your *** before you know it..
