The fog you talk about is just carbon dioxide in the gas form and will be white/clear. The dry ice is carbon dioxide in the solid form and is perfectly harmless.
When dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) is put into a warm temperature like air or water it starts to change form to the vapor form of carbon dioxide and will not pick up any color etc.

I'd guess "no." The fog is a result of the cold carbon dioxide that sublimating from the dry ice as a result of the (comparatively) warm water heat capacitor surrounding it. The cold carbon dioxide cools the air into which it is rising (as a result of being less dense than liquid water, yet still more dense than the surrounding air) resulting in the condensation of the water vapor in the surrounding air. (The surrounding air is local to the surface of the liquid, so it should necessarily have more moisture content than the room air.) Since the air just above the surface of the liquid is moist due to both the untainted humidity in the air, and due to the evaporation of the water (and not the dye) from the sink, we would only expect water vapor (and not dye) to condense out to form the fog.

Yes. Dry ice is made of CO2 and it's not reactive to any chemicals. The CO2 is used to make soda anyways and soda companies don't have a problem with it.

it will be fine and clear. The only way it could be dangerous is if you are in an enclose place and the CO2 concentration is too high, then you would pass out of hipoxia and die.

Dry ice is a dirty substance. You shouldn't put it in a drink.
