I have some acne scars and pits and am very self concious of them. I don't have the money to have anything done to them. I have always had a lot of men like me and people tell me I am very attractive but I still feel ugly. Any helpful words on how to get over this? Do you think people really care about how skin looks? It is not really full of acne or anything,just scars. Thanks

Hi, I'm a burn victum 30 yr.s now I was 14.I believe if some one does feel they can't like you because of scars,they will just miss out on haveing a Great friend.Please don't worry so much about it GOD is really the one to impress.And I have had a great many friends.Be happy and the best you can.OH I SURE HOPE AND PRAY I HAVE HELPED YOU!!!

Hello, honestly, the most important thing is how you feel about yourself. Being confident really shows through, however, and many people find a confident person very attractive.

First, try getting Seventeen magazine out of your local library, I always see lots of skin products in there. Also, how your skin looks isn't something to constantly fret about. Whenever I think of a flaw about me, I think of all the ways I am fortunate, and then that one little flaw or problem seems like nothing. If you act like it doesn't bother you, and have confidence in yourself, you will be happier.
