i do have 1 tattoo its my nickname "SPEEDIE" located on my upper right arm going vertically down i got it right after i found out my friend for 17 years had been killed in iraq so it is a very sentimental tattoo and when i first got it i was all excited cause i was the only one in my grade who had a tattoo that i knew of but now i regret it because i tend to get judged a lot about my tattoo and me being a race-car driver helps but some people tend to think im on some type of drug because of it but only i and a few others know the real reason of my tattoo

I have 6. I have never been called trashy or told off for having them. I think it's becoming more accepted and understood as a form of expression.

Some people may not agree with it but personally it's my choice. I suggest, if you do decide to start getting tattoos, you start somewhere that isn't visible. That way you make the decision to share your tattoo.

Also don't believe everything people say about have meaning behind all their tattoos, alot of it is baloney. My first one was just a form of rebellion I think, but I found tattoos that appealed to me in more ways than "hidden meaning" cause if the meaning is hidden, who will know unless you tell them or they're psychic (highly unlikely)

I have about 8 tats. The one on my lower back is in a couple different pieces, it is a butterfly in the middle with 2 flower designs I made up off to the side, then I had some more tribal "tiger" flowers on the bottom and then to tie it all together I put japanese kanji across the top. Then I have 2 stars on my pelvis, one is checkerboard pink and black and the other is blue swirl. I am planning to get a japanese tiger down my side in a couple of months and also a portrait of a drawing my mother did, which is a bull, across the back of my shoulders.

I have three and each one has a meaning. One is on my ankle and it is a heart with a ribbon that says "mom" because I am very close with my mom. I also have two tattoos on my back. On my left shoulder is a Taurus sign because that is mine and my mom's zodiac. The last tattoo is in the middle of my upper back of a five pointed star. Since there are five children in my family (I am in the third) each point stands for each child.

I have my last name (9 letters) in 5 inch graffitti font across my back, a half sleeve of a dragon on my right arm, a smaller dragon flipping the finger on my left arm, an evil symbol on my left quad and a good symbol on my right, a creek indian inspired pattern on my right knee cap (no I'm not creek, that's why it's only inspired), kryptonian lettering going down my left calf for both "Strength" and "Power", a coverup I am still working on on my left ankle of a skull, a symbol on my right calf I call the "Hemo-Goblin" me and my two younger brothers all have one in the same spot, a creepy looking little fire-imp on my right ankle that is a cover up that used to be 2 pokemon (i know right), and a smiley face on the bottom of my left big toe!
I am currently working on a whole chest piece that will be sort of along the lines of reptilian markings that you would find on a dinosaur/dragon.
I am an amateur tattoo artist in Oklahoma.

Nope, it is a fad, but when the fad fades, the tattoo will still be there. Likes and dislikes change also. Think about the things you liked 5 or 10 years ago. Do you still like those things? My interests have definately changed.

What kind of question is this? I do have tattoos, however every tattoo has a meaning. There's some people who use tattoos without knowing anything about it.
