But i am a 14 year old athiest. I do not believe in a god or a devil. So please dont get started in the evil devil worshipper crap. But they say god created everything..uncuding humans. But I think we evolved from something else. Thats why many species are related. Millions of species will be developed within the next 30 years. And god did NOT create them, they evolved from differnt species mating. So didnt humands come from other species mating
??
no rude answers please..im not trying to put down anyones religion here

That's a really good question.

First of all, in order to come to the truth you have to:
- be willing to acknowledge when you're wrong
- look at more than just the evidences that point toward your way of thinking
- be able to understand the things put before you

One of the earlier answerers said "mammals is a species," which is TOTALLY WAY WAY wrong (and any science teacher can tell you that regardless of religion).

Now to your question, yes, Christians say God created everything including humans. I believe God created everything because of the impossibleness of evolution. Why do they believe many species are related? I believe it's because there are a lot of people that don't WANT to believe in a God, so they come up with just anything (the same way they say the same thing about me and God). Think about it, if the only thing that we had in common with another animal was the fact that we had bones, muscle, and skin, scientists would say "that's enough to prove we're related". I can show you plenty of people who look very much like me, and they will be no relation to me whatsoever.
If two things look alike, does that mean one came from the other? Or that they're even related? I can draw a picture of a piano on a sheet of paper and it would look (somewhat) like a real piano. Would you believe me that they both came from me? That's less likely to believe, even though they look similar (not exactly the same, but they share some of the same characteristics).

As for species mating, I don't know about that. That's beyond my knowledge, but I think it refers to insects or deep-sea creatures, or something of that nature.

I DO know that a horse and a donkey can mate to make a mule. The problem with that is that a mule can't mate. It just can't. A human can't mate with any other animal in the world to make offspring. It doesn't make sense if we're so closely related. A human should be able to have babies with apes or gorillas since they're our closest ancestors, but we can't. Why not? I believe we're not related, but were created differently with very different DNA patterns, different chromosomes, and different features.

One more reason I don't believe in evolution. Evolutionists can't agree on the most important things. There were 8 artists given the exact same set of bones who were told to make a drawing of what they thought the person looked like before they died. When they all drew it, one looked like a werewolf, one looked like a very hairy person, one looked like a cave-woman, and one even had missing facial features. How could they all come up with very different ideas if they all know the truth?

Well, as an Athiest, do you choose to believe in the Bible, and/or parts of the Bible?

If you do, then in the Bible it says God formed man. Not God formed an ape that transformed into a human millions of years later. So that cancels out the theory of evolution right there.

If you don't, then look at historical documents. Not scientific ones, thats where the theories come in. But history has proven time and time again that the Bible is true, real, and accuarate, and if you remember how I put the Bible stated God created man, well then I think we just cancelled out evolution again! :)

And when it comes in terms of species that didn't use to be here, but are now, I can tell you genuinely I don't understand the answer to that myself. I have been a Christian for seven years, and have almost read the Bible completely through. Its a lot to learn, but I hope someone else can help answer that portion for you. :)

God Bless, and I hope you find what you need. <3

In a sense you are right. Humans and all other living things are related and I believe that humans are hybrids.
Do you like to read? I recommend Zechariah Sitchin if you are interested. He has written a series of books called The Earth Chronicles and they are very, very interesting. Another author whom I highly recommend is Jane Roberts. Start with The Coming of Seth. You will learn more from her books than from any others.
I personally believe that we create our own reality and that all humanity is connected and that's what "god" really is: us.
No devil, none of that baloney.

Looks like your mind is already made up--so why ask? Please list some of the species that have come about over the past 30 years. Were any of these species simply DISCOVERED over the past 30 years but have been around for a long, long time? I know of no new species coming on the scene in recent times.

You are right Andrea B.; Mating and evolution process is going on. And these processes are going on, on Universes, created by Almighty, according to Systems God Almighty made for things to continue.

When human make any object then human, for example, a VCR. Now when we put a cassette in VCR it stays there unless we press either record, play, rewind, or forward, etc. Human put those functions in VCR. If VCR records some thing that does not means VCR is doing it by it self, Human programmed that VCR that way on certain procedures.

Same way God Almighty created system of mating, combined developments when things stays or grow in certain environments, they behave in certain way or changes their behavior from one way to another way according to environment, conditions, or other factors can effect.

Making by Human, and Creation of God, the deference is God Almighty created from nothing, Human making things from resources given by God Almighty.

So Human is innovating by using available resources, while God Almighty can create any thing from nothing, How it is beyond our wisdom. OK, one can think it looks illogic to say it is beyond our wisdom to neither understand nor prove God and how God is creating things from nothing.
Yes it is not explained by science human knows. Because this also part of evaluation and part of our limitation as well.
Like a certain computer only can withstand certain information up to certain level and quantity.

Here religion provides that threshold to know what is going on. Religion acts like in science some time we assume some number to start with, and calculate or analyze chemical or physical reaction or phenomenon.

You are 14 year old, and have tremendous potential energy to continue your efforts to look for actual phenomenon, but keep in mind always focus where you can proceed further if you move towards dead end, then there are chances to get strayed and disperse all hard work in wane.

You are inteligent excillent personality and I pray to God Almighty to give you wisdom and capacity to understand nature and natural phenomenon. And keep you on right path, so you could be an excellent civilized humanbeing on earth we are living.
Amen.

if you believe in evolution, then you believe that 100,000s of species of different species came into existence in billions of years. So how can you say that millions of more species will developed within the next 30 yrs? That is completely impossible!

Yes, people, animals, insects, planets, trees, dirt and even air share many of the same components. But how does that PROVE evolution? Can't that prove that God created it all and used the same original blueprint? Everything (not man-made) have chromosomes. A fruit fly has 8 chromosome, a tomato has 12, a redwood tree & a kidney been both have 22 and a human has 46 chromosomes. Then tobacco planets & chimps have 48 chromosomes. So if humans evolved from chimps, why do we have 2 less chromosomes? and then did tobacco evolve from us? If youlook at the first one-celled organism. One cell is complex. We both can agree on that, can't we? Then explain how through evolution one single cell changed to 2 cells and 3 cells and more cells and then to the first creature with a brain and blood and eyes? Look at all that complexity! Yes, you and other will probably say it took millions and millions of years. But even in such a long time, how could one-celled organisms first come into existence from something that wasn't a cell to begin with? Why did it have to evolve? Then that one-celled organism, why did IT have to evolve? Things evolve in order to survive the changes in it's environment. Life started in water, right? why would these organism need to evolve? Then why would they need a brain, blood, skin or scales? eyes, mouths, teeth? etc?

If you look at it all being created by God you have all the answers. God created life because He wanted it all to exist. He wanted all of this to be perfect for His final creation - people. He made it for us. We were to dominate it and subdue it and care for it. And He wanted us to know that it was Him that created it all and He did it out of love and only asks for love back. God is almighty so He can make complex creatures. The cells in our eyeballs, how our brain makes our muscles move and how we can feel pain from a flame and the softness from the fur of a kitten. And the many different lands - limestone, sandstone, clay, marble, sand on a beach and sand in a desert, etc. Salt water oceans and fresh water lakes. The Bible states that God created Adam from dirt (dust). If you study, the ground in Iraq where millions believe that Adam was created from has the same components that our human bodies have. So did God create Adam or did we evolve from the ground? These are just a few things I would like to challenge you to think about. You are very young. You have many years ahead of you and it would be great if you use some of your time to read and study and learn what you can. Learn about the history of the early Hebrews and today's Jews. Learn about Christians and the Catholic church. Learn about Islam. Learn about the Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, Latin language and compare them to modern English and the Bible versions out there in Christianity and Judaism to see that the inspired word of God truly hasn't changed in the real Church. Read about evolution, fossils, minerals, elements, air, etc. And read that the scientists aren't just missing one link to the mystery of evolution of humans but they are missing many generations of missing links.

In 10, 20, 30 years you still stand strong on atheism, that's you thing. But to be a true atheism you need to study a lot of areas to prove that God doesn't exist. Not just say that you can't see Him or hear Him. Or you just don't care either way. Life is full of challenges and this is a great one to achieve, no matter what way you lean.

Good luck with it all. And feel free to email if you would like some books and websites to look at if you want to begin your search. Peace!

The question is this: Who created the first thing that evolved into something else? Even if the big bang theory is correct who created the stuff that made the big bang?
Evoluton was and still is a tool used by God to create things.

May Darwin bless you. :p okay, I jest. Atheism? No issues here. You bring an interesting point: inter-species mating. Possible and may be the missing link in Darwin's Theory. Although, it does have a bit of a "ewwww....gross" factor in it.
Keep evolving, Xenah.

Well, no or yes, depending on what you mean by species. Fish don't mate with birds, if that's what you mean. But there were many different hominids, and they could have, and almost certainly did mate with one another. Those offspring who were strong enough survived, and traits that were useful were passed on through natural selection.

you're doing pretty good thus far. but generally different species can not mate. for instance, gorillas can't mate with chimps even tho they belong to the same genus evolution is the gradual change (or sometimes by successful mutation) in the physiology and behaviors of an organism as it adapts to changes in it's environment.
