I'm applying for SSI because I'm on medication for paranoid skitso, bipolar, depression, and anxiety..my question is, would that be enough for me to qualify? I was also in slow classes in grade school so it goes way back. Also, how much will I get a month? I've worked since I was 17 up until now and I also need to know how to get a copy of my W2 form from last year because I don't know where it is..

Social Security Disability takes a lot more into consideration than just the disabilities which have to be documented. It also takes into consideration your savings (if applying for SSI), your income, and the amount of hours you currently work. They also take into serious consideration your doctor's notes and evaluations on your medical condition. It is hard to say if you will qualify or not at this point with the information given, and even then, it is hard to tell what will happen with the Social Security Administration. I have included a page which should explain things in more detail.
