I wanna call someone but i dont want to talk to them. I just want it to go straight to voicemail. Is there a button or something i can do? I have a sprint and trying to call a cingular phone.

you can send a message from your sprint voicemail (there's a menu option) but only to other sprint users. to send a message without the phone ringing to someone on another carrier, use a site like getabuz.com.

Ask the person if they have a seperate number for thier voice mail
I have a seperate number that goes directly to my voicemail without ringing into my home
