I think that this guy will spend more than a tad bit of time in jail - and HOPEFULLY will be deported - since enforcement of immigration laws were clearly not followed with his previous cases in the Dallas area.
Sadly, such things as this are becoming more and more common in Texas as the influx of illegals come into this country over the southern border.
It is a nightmare here in Texas with crime on the upsweep here in this state by non citizens that have no respect for borders or the laws of this country.
Personal view - such cases with known law breakers of immigration law - that by their very presence within this country have shown that they do not respect the law - should have no bond whatsoever for they indeed have already proven that they are more than a 'flight risk'.
It is bad enough that there are people that are citizens that do such horrid crimes. But the thought that at least this incident could have been totally prevented by this person if the immigration laws were being enforce - the word "anger" doesn't begin to cover.

I am a proud individual with dual responsibilities for both of my cultures (Mexican y American). And the one that I defend is the one that gets attacked first. In this case I personally would treat that sick bastard with an 18-wheeler of kick ***,face bending,bone crushing,brain buring last aide.
Not because of his nationality but instead because of the demons within that unfortunate soul that does not discriminate races.

Why did this get your attention? This sort of thing (unfortunately) happens everyday. To whom are you directing this question to? To me?
I personally feel that these kind of people, (child molesters), not (undocumented people). should be put to death. No matter where they are from. I just want to know out of the many news stories that come out everyday concerning child molestation, why this one got your attention?

I think all convicted child rapists should be castrated and thrown into General Population in Maximum security.Let the hard rocks take care of them after they have their fun with them,why waste the electricity.

There are a lot of sick individuals of all nationalities. That's just a fact. I can thinking of a lot of serial killers and rapes that are American.

Yes we have perverts of all races BUT we don't have to let them come in and stay. Do we really need to import perpetrators

It is a horrible crime for the child,regardles of the legal status of the perpetrator.
People of all colors, races, legal statuses, sexual orientation commit horrific crimes. A few bad apples make everyone look bad.
