If you are typing in Microsoft Office Word special symbols are easy:
Ctrl Shift tilde n will put the tilde in.
Ctrl Shift Alt ? will do the upside down question
control apostrophe vowel will accent any vowel

Switch your computer to spanish keyboard or find the code that gives it.. alt & a number...
alt 1 = ☺
alt 2 = ☻
and so on.. you will eventually find what you want...
